Table Rock Lake set to Host
National and Regional Bass Fishing Tournaments

Kimberling City, MO – The Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce announced today that Table Rock Lake will host several high-profile national bass tournaments in addition to the many local and regional events during the 2019 season.

“Table Rock Lake annually plays host to some incredible fishing tournaments, and this year is no exception,” said Sheila Thomas, President/CEO of the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce. “The high demand for holding events on Table Rock Lake is a testament to both the great fishing within the lake, and all the wonderful things to do in the Table Rock Lake/Branson area.”

The Aunts Creek Area Association of Table Rock will hold its annual Spring Buddy Bass Tournament on March 30-31. The event features 100% payback and food, beverages and attendance prizes from 4 until 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 31. All contestants must live outside a 75-mile radius of Kimberling City, MO, and must be registered at one of the Aunts Creek Area Association sponsor facilities with a minimum two-night stay.

The National Bass Anglers Association 2019 National Championship will be held April 4-6 on Table Rock Lake. A total of 145 qualified teams will travel from North Carolina to Montana, and many states in between, for a premier event on one of the top lakes in the country Anglers will compete for a new Ranger Boat Powered by Evinrude. Daily take off location is Port of Kimberling Marina.
The Kevin Van Dam Big Bass Classic takes place April 5-7 with a whopping $133,525 in guaranteed prizes and payouts. Unlike traditional bass fishing tournaments where anglers weigh in five bass at the end of the day, the Kevin Van Dam Big Bass Classic (Van Dam is widely recognized as the greatest competitive bass angler of all time) provides amateur anglers from all skill levels the opportunity to win multiple cash payouts each day during the hourly weigh-ins at BPS Long Creek Marina on Table Rock Lake.

Major League Fishing® (MLF) has selected Table Rock Lake to host the 2019 MLF Bass Pro Tour's Stage Six event on May 17-22. Most of the 80 pros in the event, including the biggest names in professional bass fishing, have fished Table Rock before, but this will be their first time as competitors in the newly formed Bass Pro Tour. The Table Rock tour event will result in a two-hour television show that will air on Discovery Channel in 2019.

“In addition to these events, dozens of leagues and charity events will take place on Table Rock in 2019,” said Thomas. “We also have large private events such as the Tyson Bass Fishing Association championship and the Charger-Champion Boat Owners Tournament.”

Table Rock Lake is perfect for non-competitive fishing as well. Dozens of unique lakefront lodging properties with private boat launch ramps and covered slip rentals are available for visiting anglers.
