Steph Bekebrede's Chamber Story

Steph Bekebrede and her husband Matt have owned and operated Vino Cellars on the Lake for several years.  Early in 2019, they expanded, adding a casual gathering space in their lower-level now known as The Hangout at the Lake.

Steph grew up in the Table Rock Lake area and realizes to be a steward of the community and ultimately help her businesses grow, she also needs to be involved in the local Chamber.

“For me, being involved and invested in the community is by being a member of the Chamber.  By being a member of the Chamber I can promote my business.  I especially use the networking opportunities to promote what we’ve got going on.  By being a Chamber member, I’m not only growing my business but the community as a whole.”

Another important aspect of why Steph believes so strongly in supporting the Chamber is collaboration.

“The pooling of resources.  The Chamber can bring together people and other resources to all work together.  By the Chamber doing this, I can better promote my businesses and do bigger and better things for the community.”
