The Table Rock Chamber of Commerce was formed in 1974, serving primarily Kimberling City. We have grown and expanded our services to include all of Stone County and part of Taney County. We are the state-certified Destination Marketing Organization for Stone County to promote tourism.
Our Mission
The mission of the Chamber is to promote business success and quality of life by being a leader in economic and community development. We accomplish this mission in these ways:
- Tourism marketing to promote visitation.
- Advocating for business on legislative and public policy issues.
- Promoting synergy and cooperation among businesses, elected officials and organizations in our community.
- Providing services to help our members succeed.
We also believe in the importance of being a good steward of the lake, and in the value of the Ozark Mountain Legacy: family, faith, friends, flag and future.

Tourism Marketing
As the Marketing Organization for Stone County, we are eligible for state matching funds to promote tourism, and we receive some funding from Stone County. Our generous Marketing Partner businesses also donate additional dollars above their membership investment to help pay for tourism marketing initiatives, as they recognize the value and importance of bringing additional visitors to our area.
Advocating for Business
The Chamber is part of a Legislative Partnership with five other entities: Stone County, Taney County, Branson / Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce & CVB, Ozarks Water Watch/Table Rock Lake Water Quality and the City of Branson. Together we meet monthly with area state and federal legislators and their representatives to communicate on issues facing small business. We are very engaged with the process for the Table Rock Lake Shoreline Management Plan with the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Promoting Synergy
We are currently helping facilitate discussion among business leaders and elected officials regarding economic development in Stone County, holding the first-ever Stone County Economic Development Summit with Representative Brad Hudson. The Chamber also frequently serves as the first point of contact for businesses and groups who want to do business in the area. Recently we developed a public/private partnership to attract fishing tournaments to our area.
Member Services
We provide networking, advertising, and educational opportunities to help our members connect with one another and improve their business. Our website features our member businesses and community information and allows members to post job openings and special sales, called Hot Deals. Our calendar of events contains information about public events in the area.
The Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce encourages you to become part of the business community that supports our mission. We are a voluntary, dues-based organization; for more information on membership, call our office at 417-739-2564.
