The Stone County Commission, in cooperation with Stone County Health Department and other entities, has issued guidance for Phase I of re-opening the county May 4. It largely mirrors the order issued for the state by Governor Mike Parson.

Communicating with Customers
Communicating and staying connected with customers is more important than ever!
Here are some simple tips for messaging:
- Inform customers on whether you are open or closed.
- Share any new procedures and how you're going the extra mile to keep customers healthy.
- Share a "When you're ready, we're ready" message. Keep in mind the ready to travel point will vary for each customer. Some are ready right now and have been ready. Other customers may still have concerns and are not ready just yet.
- Have you changed your booking, deposit or cancellation policies? Let customers know, this may ease their pre-booking concerns.
